Coded Welding

Specified welding procedures using trusted techniques following British standards.

Orbital Welding

Using a machine to orbitally rotate the arc continually through 360° (or 180° when double up welding) produces high purity results that are mechanically reproducible in a wide range of materials.

TIG Welding

Using Tungsten Inert Gas to protect the weld area from oxidation gives greater control allowing for stronger, higher quality welds in stainless steel and non-ferrous metals such as aluminium, magnesium, and copper alloy.

Arc Welding

Using an Electric Arc to create enough heat to melt metal, produces a binding of the materials, by continuously feeding electrode wire the welding is automatic.

MIG Welding

Using Metal Inert Gas to shield the welding process from atmospheric contamination provides faster welds in steel, aluminium and other non-ferrous materials.

Fusion Welding

Using Heat Fusion to melt and then press Polyethylene into a bond is commonly used to join plastic pressure pipe systems together.
